Join Franciscan Health and Morgan County Public Library for Cooking Matters, a series of food preparation and cooking demonstrations highlighting safe food handling as well as healthy substitutes and affordable and healthy cooking.

In this class, we will explore ways to make artworks that express emotion, describe subject matter, and communicate ideas that are important to each of us.

The simplest poses for absolute beginners! After we gently stretch our bodies we will do a beginner's meditation. You will feel more relaxed and refreshed after each session so come and join us.
