Local History and Genealogy Scavenger Hunt

Come to the Local History and Genealogy Room anytime from June 1 to June 29, 2024. Scavenger Hunt sheets will be located in the entryway to the room where the information brochures are. Find and fill in the sheet. Hand it in to the genealogy librarian, someone at the information desk or someone at the front desk just inside the main entrance. Be sure you print your name and phone number on the sheet! Although this can be for anyone, it is recommended that 1) you are able to write answers on the scavenger hunt yourself 2) you are really interested in the prizes we have available 3) Answer all the questions, even guesses are better than leaving it blank A random drawing will be held by July 3. Prizes include: Morgan County Scrapbook I and II (generously donated by the Morgan County History and Genealogy Association), A family tree cross stitch kit, and an assortment of genealogy books.
