Farewell to Ms. Kathy

Kathy Burns, who joined the MCPL team in1996, is retiring.  As Kathy put it, she’s leaving with Santa!  We’ll be celebrating her nearly 30 years with the library the evening of Tuesday, 12/16.  Please drop in the Monrovia Branch between 5:00 and 7:00 on 12/16 to celebrate this storytime legend and wish her well on her future endeavors.  We’ll have cake, a video slideshow and maybe even a craft.  I mean, how could we send the Queen of Crafts out without a craft?!?
