Purpose of Meeting

At 3 o'clock I am hoping to meet with a potential client. I am a bookkeeper and this is just an initial meeting for me to learn more about his business. And he will ask any questions he has for me.

At 4 o'clock I have a zoom meeting for BNI (Business Network International) that is supposed to last half an hour.
