Join us for a beginner's yoga session. We are bringing in kittens for adoption from the Morgan County Humane Society. If you are not up for adopting a cat, you can bring a donation of materials or money. Help the Morgan County Humane Society by joining us for some fun yoga with cats! Beginners-type poses with a relaxing meditation at the end. Bring your mat or use one of ours!
