Lorie Long will be leading us in a beginners yoga class. If possible, please bring your own mat. The program will last about 45 minutes and wrap-up with a mindfulness session. Books and DVDs will also be available for checkout so you can continue exploring yoga and mindfulness at home. There is limited space for this program so please register in advance.
Yoga with Lorie, round two! If you are signed up for the 1st class on 7/18, please do NOT register for this class. This is an introduction and we want as many folks as possible to be able to experience Lorie's class. If we do not fill this class we'll allow repeat participants.
