Event Details
Lorie Long will be leading us in a beginners yoga class. If possible, please bring your own mat. The program will last about 45 minutes and wrap-up with a mindfulness session. Books and DVDs will also be available for checkout so you can continue exploring yoga and mindfulness at home. There is limited space for this program so please register in advance.
There has been so much interest in this program we've added a second session on July 25th. Please do NOT sign up for both sessions.
